NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL

BE HELD March 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Hearing

Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Preliminary

Plat application for approximately 146.72 acres to create twelve

(12) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning

district of Grant County.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD March 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Preliminary Plat application for approximately 146.72 acres to create twelve (12) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. Proposed Lot 1 will be approximately 61.36 acres in size, is owned by Port District No. 3 of Grant County, and contains an existing waste water treatment plant. The remaining lots will range between approximately 3.78 and 20.35 acres in size, and will be sold for agricultural uses and/or agricultural-based businesses. None of the proposed lots will retain residential development capacity. The site address of the subject parcel is 22801 Road U SW, Mattawa, WA. It is located approximately one mile northwest of Mattawa, WA, immediately west of State Highway 243 between Road 22.5 SW and Road 23 SW, and in a portion of the south half of Section 27, Township 15 North, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #15-0195-000).
