NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SEASONAL CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE 6272-A

TAKE NOTICE:

That Bernard Erickson of Ritzville, WA has made application for seasonal change/transfer of water right in order to seasonally change the place of use and add one point of withdrawal as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. 6272-A.

That Ground Water Certificate 6272-A authorizes the withdrawal of 250 gallons per minute, 266 acre-feet per year for domestic supply and irrigation of 160 acres within the W1/2NW1/4 of Section 2 and E1/2NE1/4 of Section 3, T. 19 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Adams County Washington.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is from a well located within the Govt Lot 4 of Section 2, T. 19 N., R. 32 E.W.M. Adams County.

That they propose to add an existing well within the NW1/4 of Section 31, T. 19 N., R. 31 E.W.W. Adams County and seasonally transfer the place of use (160 acres) under RCW 90.03.390 to the SW1/4 of Section 33 T. 19 N., R. 31 E.W.M. Adams County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objection; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within (30) days from February 21, 2012.
