RELEVANT TO EXTENDING THE

MORATORIUM ON MEDICAL

MARIJUANA COLLECTIVE GARDENS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City of Othello Council in the City Hall Council Chambers, 500 E. Main Street, Othello, Washington, on Monday, February 27, 2012, shortly after 7:00 p.m. during the regular City Council meeting. The purpose of the public hearing is to take public testimony and to consider extending a moratorium for one or more six-month periods on the licensing, establishment, maintenance or continuation of any medical marijuana collective gardens in the City of Othello. The Othello City Hall is handicap accessible. Additional arrangements to reasonably accomodate special needs will be made upon receiving 24-hour advance notice.
