Billy R. Massey passed away February 8, 2012 in an industrial related accident in Moses Lake. He was born October 14, 1955 in Soap Lake, WA to Roy and Bonnie Massey. The youngest of three boys, he was raised in Quincy and graduated from Quincy High School in 1973. A proud member of the Cherokee Nation, Bill spent most of his life working outdoors, which he loved. He is survived by, and was a wonderful husband to, his wife Chrissie, and proud father to his daughter Angela Shay (husband Thomas) and grandchildren Sinclair, Whitney, Emma Albert and Gracie Shay; daughter Simeon Hickman (husband Ben), brothers Louie (and wife Linda), Curt (and wife Margie), and many nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Bonnie Massey. A private memorial will be held at a later date.
