AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING THE CITY OF OTHELLO ZONING MAP

In accordance with RCW 35A.12.160, the following is a summary of Othello Ordinance No. 1355, passed by the Othello City Council and approved by Mayor Tim Wilson on the 13th day of February, 2012. The full text may be mailed, free of charge, to any person requesting a copy.

SUMMARY

The ordinance changes the zoning of tax Parcels No. 1529030680398 and 1529030680439 from Commercial 2 (C-2) to Surburban 1 (S-1).
