MOSES LAKE - Seven school districts in the Columbia Basin are running an election for voters to approve maintenance and operation levies and bonds.

The Moses Lake School District is seeking a replacement M&O levy and bond approval to build a second high school and two new elementary schools.

Coulee-Hartline, Royal, Soap Lake, Wahluke, Warden and Wilson Creek school districts are also running levy and bond elections the same day.

Ballots must be post marked today, Feb. 14, to be received in time to count for the elections.

Ballots can also be delivered to the elections office at the Grant County Courthouse, or at a special election drop box.

Drop boxes are located at:

  • The Lot A parking lot at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata.
  • The Grant County PUD building located on Grand Coulee Avenue in Grand Coulee.
  • Moses Lake City Hall located at 321 Balsam Street in Moses Lake.
  • The Fire District 10 station located at 588 Camelia Street in Royal City.
  • Quincy City Hall located at 104 B Street SW in Quincy.
