Wineries to feature chocolate and wine

TRINIDAD – Greater Wenatchee area wineries, including White Heron Cellars, are promoting a Valentine's Day pairing of red wine and chocolate.
Red wine and chocolate can make a “wonderful pairing,” said White Heron's Cameron Fries. He said chocolate tends to mask the bitter elements in some red wines.
“Combining the pleasure of red wine and chocolate is one of life's most exquisite pleasures,” he said.
White Heron will be open through Monday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
