Company Fined Over Fatal Stage Collapse

A company is facing $63,000 in fines over a fatal stage collapse at the Indiana State Fair last August. A company official testified that in a separate lawsuit that the band Sugarland resisted delaying the concert before the accident. (Feb. 9)
