of Nonsignificance

The City of Connell issued a determination of nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:  The review and reorganization of all chapters of the Connell Municipal Code that discuss or regulate the development of land proposed by the City of Connell.  After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, the City of Connell has determined this proposal will not have a probably significant adverse impact on the environment.

Copies of the DNS are available at no charge from the City of Connell, 104 East Elm Street, Connell and/or 509-234-2701.  The public is invited to comment on this DNS by submitting written comments no later than February 16, 2012, to City of Connell, Attn:  Patti Swan at P.O. Box 1200, Connell, WA 99326.
