MOSES LAKE - Businesses in the area will be showcased at the Moses Lake Chamber of Commerce Business Expo on Jan. 15 at the ATEC building at Big Bend Community College from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

This year's theme is "Roundin' Up the Best," and Inland Cellular and Signs Now are major sponsors for the event.

Besides booths for many local businesses, this year's expo will also have a money machine along with other games and prizes for attendees. The event is open to the public.

The chamber expects more than 600 attendees to visit the expo this year, according to a recent newsletter. They also estimate about 40 vendors to participate in the annual event.

Some of the businesses that have already signed up for the expo include Inland Cellular, Horizon Credit Union, Northland Communications and Signs Now.

"Last year was the largest Expo we have ever had and we expect this year to be even bigger." stated Debbie Doran-Martinez.

This year's expo features a scavenger hunt for attendees to complete prior to the expo. The Boot Round Up Scavenger Hunt will be held Jan. 4 to Jan. 14, at some of the expo's participating businesses within the Moses Lake city limits.

Businesses will have a single boot on display, and participants have to take a photo of the matches and submit the five combinations at the chamber's registration desk during the expo. The final challenge will be completed at the expo.

Player forms can be picked up at the Chamber of Commerce at 324 S. Pioneer Way.
