Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application received by Grant County on 10/24/12 from Don & Claudette Grotewold (Contact: Western Pacific Engineering, 1328 E. Hunter Place, Moses Lake, WA 98837), were found to be technically complete on 12/19/12. PROJECT: The applicant is proposing to short plat an existing lot with an existing duplex into two parcels. Each lot would contain a half of the duplex and be approximately 8,216 sq. ft. in size. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Variance. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The property is located at 226 & 228 Loring Drive, Moses Lake, also known as Lot 195 of the Larson Subdivision. Located in a portion of S. 4, T. 19 N, R. 28 E, WM, Grant County, WA. Parcel #31-0195-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
