NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Franklin County Planning and Building Department, determined to be the Lead Agency pursuant to the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) of 1971, as amended, and Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 197-11, has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) concerning the following proposed project:

Project/Location: The project consists of the
construction of one (1) potato storage
facility that is approximately 41,808
+ square feet in size (156’ x 268’) for
Loren Stangeland. This project is
located within the General Industrial
(I-1) Zoning District near the south- west intersection of Selph Landing
Road and Glade North Road, just
north of the City of Pasco - SEPA 2012
-04. Said property is located in
Section 25, Township 10 North, Range
29 East, W.M., Franklin County,
Washington - Parcel Number 124-250
-126. Also, the property is located
north of the City of Pasco, at the
southwest interection of Selph
Landing Road and Glade North Road.
Lot 1, Short Plat 2006-10 -including
a BLA in 2012.
Copies of the environmental documents, mitigation mea.sures, building plans, site plans, and other materials perti.nent to the proposed project are available for review in the Franklin County Planning and Building Department at 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301. Those wishing to have copies of said documents mailed to them will be charged a fee covering the costs of reproduction and mailing.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that in accordance with the State Environmental Policy Act and WAC 197-11-340, the MDNS, building plans, site plans, the Environmental Check.list, and other materials pertinent to the proposed project has been sent to agencies with jurisdiction, the Washington State Department of Ecology, the Benton-Franklin Council of Governments, and others having an interest in the proposal.
The MDNS was issued on December 21, 2012 by the Frank.lin County Planning and Building Department. Comments must be received by 5:00 p.m., Thursday, January 10, 2013 (14 days from publication) at which time the MDNS will become final.
