The Superior Court of Grant County has directed the undersigned Sheriff of Grant County to sell the property described to satisfy a judgment in the above entitled action:

Tracts 133, 136 and an undivided two-fifths interest in that portion of Tract 137,

lying Southerly of a line parallel to the Southerly boundary line of said Tract

137 and distant 10 feet Northerly therefrom, Battery Orchard Tracts, as per plat

filed January 7, 1914, records of Grant County, Washington;

AND THAT PORTION of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad and Company’s 100 foot right of way in the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 28 E.W.M., Grant County, Washington, lying between the Westerly line of Lakeshore Drive as shown on the plat of Battery Orchard Tracts, as per plat filed January 7, 1914, and the East bank of Moses Lake;

AND ALSO a parcel of land in Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 28 E.W.M., records of Grant County, Washington, and being part of Tract 132 of Battery Orchards, as per plat filed January 7, 1914, records of Grant County, Washington, described as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract 132, marked by an existing iron pipe, thence along the Westerly boundary of Lakeshore Drive, common with the Easterly boundary of Tract 132; thence North 05°54’44” East, a distance of 50.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 76°29’48” West, a distance of 122.88 feet to a point; thence along the arc of 45.43 foot radius curve to the left, a distance of 55.95 feet through a Delta Angle of 70°34’04”, the long chord of which bears South 41°12’15” West, a distance of 52.48 feet to a point on the North right of way line of a 4 degree railroad curve; thence along the arc of the 4 degree curve to the left, a distance of 150 feet, through a Delta Angle of 6 degrees, the long chord of which bears North 82°56’39” Each, a distance of 149.94 feet to the Southeast corner of Tract 132; thence North 05°54’44” East, a distance of 50.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
