Project involves development of a 75- by 75-ft ground lease which will accommodate equipment cabinets and backup batteries, as well as a new proposed 100-ft tall tower. The facility will be developed at Hund Memorial Park at 106 North Portage Avenue, in Mattawa, in Grant County, Washington.
