Wahluke fifth at Granger tourney

MATTAWA - Wahluke scored its second straight fifth-place finish at an invitational Saturday at the annual Granger Iron Man Tournament.
The Warriors were led by second-place finishes from Sebastian Barajas at 106 pounds and Jack Yorgesen at 182. Both won their first two matches to make it to the finals.
Scoring third place for Wahluke at heavyweight was Eduardo Ortiz. Antonio Gomez took fourth at 120, and Jose Guerrero took fourth at heavyweight.
Taking sixth place were Christian Fabela at 126 and Ray Cruz at 138.
Not placing but scoring team points with single victories were Adrian Toscano at 132 and Elmer Gomez at 145.
