$1 million arrest warrant issued in murder

EPHRATA – A $1-million arrest warrant was issued last week for the man suspected of the Oct. 17 killing of Tracy Fullbright near Moses Lake. ?

Adrian Rodriguez, 28, of Moses Lake, was identified in the arrest warrant charging first degree kidnapping and first degree murder. He is currently in the Franklin County jail on an unrelated charge.

Rodriguez is scheduled for release Dec. 9. He will be taken into custody by Grant County Sheriff's detectives on the kidnapping and murder charges.

Rodriguez and Fullbright were allegedly Norteño gang members, the GCSO said. The investigation continues. ?

Fullbright’s body was found around midday on Oct. 17 near county Roads 10 NE and L NE about eight miles north of Moses Lake. He was bound, gagged and shot several times. ?

According to witnesses, while at Rodriguez’s Robin Lane home earlier that day, Rodriguez accused Fullbright of inappropriately touching his young daughter.

According to the GCSO, Rodriguez allegedly punched Fullbright, then bound and gagged him before putting him in the trunk of a car. Fullbright was driven to the Road L site and shot.
