The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) offers for lease at sealed bid public auction a tract of land containing 233.7 acres, located in a portion of Section 36 Township 17 North, Range 23 East, W. M. Grant County. Bidders may propose one of two leasing options:

Option 1: Irrigated agricultural row crops for a ten year term. Option 2: Orchard or vineyard crops for a 25 year term. The parcel is currently undeveloped, and lessee will be required to provide infrastructure necessary to irrigate the parcel and all aboveground improvements. Lease covenants may be examined at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, DNR Southeast Region Office located at 713 Bowers Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926, or the office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, Olympia, WA. Sealed bid auction will be held at the Southeast Region Office on Monday January 14, 2013 at 3:00 p. m. For a bidder’s qualification packet call (509) 925-0912.
