Grant County Public Works solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in Civil and Structural Design. Consultants will be considered for the following project.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work to be performed by the consultant consists of Bridge Design Services. Br #399 has received federal funding. This bridge is 57 feet long and spans an open rock cut over the BNSF railroad near Trinidad, west of Quincy, WA. The replacement bridge design is anticipated to be a single span, prestressed concrete design, approx 65 feet long. A detour bridge will be required. This project is scheduled for August 2013 advertisement and October construction start.
SUBMITTAL
Submittals should include the following information: Firm name, phone and fax numbers; Name of Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager; and Number of employees in each firm proposed to project.
Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria:
Office in Washington State and proximity to Grant County
Experience with Local AgenciesFocus on Local Agencies
Proven ability to stay within Budget
Available staff and expertise
Experience in Grant County
Grant County encourages disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms to respond.
