NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD December 26, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to amend the Grant County Capital Facilities Plan previously adopted on December 3, 2012 and add a Phone System Upgrade (VOIP) to the plan.
