Readers support Kernan in upcoming election
I am writing this in support of our friend Ken Kernan for MLIRD Director. My husband and I have known Ken and Karen Kernan since we moved to Moses Lake almost 10 years ago. We consider them our "Moses Lake mom and dad." We know, and have seen firsthand, how passionate Ken is about the lake and what it provides for this community, and he wants to preserve and improve it! This passion is his motivation for seeking this position and nothing else. Ken is an honest and reasonable person, and he is knowledgeable of the issues and limitations we are experiencing with the current Board of Directors. He recognizes that the recreational value of our lake is being threatened, and wants to make a change to prevent that. For this, we trust that Ken Kernan is the best candidate for this position and hope you will give him your vote on Dec. 11.
