Material Lease Changes

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has commenced the process of amending material terms and conditions of Orchard Lease No. 12-B62243 leased to Zirkle State Investment Co, LLC and described as SE1/4 of Section 23, Township 15 North, Range 25 East, W.M., Grant County containing 160 acres. The specific changes being made are: changing the termination date to December 31, 2027 and changing the rent structure from revenue share to cash rent.
