Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application received by Grant County on 10/24/12 from Gilbert & Sharon Levander (Contact: Columbia Northwest Engineering, 249 North Elder Street, Moses Lake, WA 98837), were found to be technically complete on 11/28/12. PROJECT: A short subdivision of approximately 15.9 acres in order to create three (3) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Residential 3 Zone. All lots will be for residential use. Lot 1 has an existing single family residence. Lots net acreage will be between 4.55 and 4.60 acres. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the project is 5647 NE Stratford Rd., on the east side of Stratford Rd. between Rd. 5.6 NE and Rd. 5.9 NE, in S. 2, T. 19 N, R. 28 E, WM, Grant County, WA. Parcel #19-0337-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
