Notice is hereby given that a request for a Variance was received on 7/30/12 from Michael & Marcia Call, 5016 W 95th Ave, Tacoma, WA 98476, (Contact: Jeff Curtiss, PO Box 956, Mattawa, WA, 99349) and was found to be Technically Complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of 8/28/12.

PROJECT: The applicant is seeking a Variance to the five (5) foot side setback requirement in the RVR 1 zone in order to construct a deck. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located in the southeast corner of the intersection of Atterberry Drive and Cinde Place in Desert Aire, in a portion of Section 22, Township 14 N, Range 23 E, W.M., Grant County, WA. (Parcel #02-1055-000) ZONING: Rural Village Residential 1. Required mitigation will be pursuant to UDC. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Hearings Examiner, 12:00 pm, October 10, 2012, in Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony.
