Tom Thompson top golfer for men

CRESCENT BAR - Tom Thompson shot 73-79-152 to win the Crescent Bar Golf Course Men's Club Championship last weekend.

The Club Championship Tournament is a two-day, 36-hole, event played in two divisions. The lowest gross score establishes the club's champion for the year.

Net winners

Division I - First and second place were a tie between Rich Longwell and Gordon Lennon with scores of 140.

The third place winner was a tie between Jim Robinson and Marty Bigelow, with scores of 142.

Division II - First place winner was Wes Prinzen with a score of 139. He was the overall net winner.

Second place was a tie between Nate Robinson and Jerry Hoene with scores of 141.

KP - Division I

Hole 3 winner was Jerry Riddle at a distance of 22-6 on Saturday.

Hole 12 winner was Tom Harris at a distance of 23-7 on Saturday.

Hole 3 winner was Chuck Muller at a distance of 39-8 on Sunday.

Hole 12 winner was Gordon Lennon at a distance of 45-1 on Sunday.

KP - Division II

Hole 5 winner was Chase Muller at a distance of 0-11 on Saturday.

Hole 5 winner was Jerry Hoene in a putt-off on Sunday.

Hole 14 winner was Wes Prinzen at a distance of 44-0 on Saturday.

Hole 14 winner was Nate Robinson at a distance of 48-0 on Sunday.

Saturday least putts winner was Tom Thompson with 26 putts. Sunday least putts was a tie between Larry Brantner and Chuck Muller with the same number.
