NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD September 4, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding the following Grant County budget extension requests:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD September 4, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing

Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding the following Grant County budget extension requests:

1. Sheriff's Office in the amount of $9,000.00 to cover the cost of leasing an office building located at 1230 Berschauer Industrial Park, Ephrata, WA.

2. District Court in the amount of $4,500.00 to purchase 3-new intercom units from Graybar for each of their separate front counters windows.

3. Commissioners Office in the amount of $89,862.00 to receive an Emergency Solutions Grant (Contract No. 13-46107-008) received from the Department of Commerce. Term is August 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.

4. Commissioners Office in the amount of $34,829.00 to receive additional funds from a Housing and Essential Needs Grant (HEN) Amendment B (Contract No. 11-46204-511) from the Department of Commerce. Term is September 15, 2011 through June 30, 2013.
