Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application was received by Grant County on July 17, 2012 from Lucy A. Jacques, P.O. Box 307, Quincy, WA 98848. Owner's Designated Contact: Knudsen Land Surveying, P. O. Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823 (509) 754-4376 and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of August 20, 2012. PROJECT: A clustered Short Plat of a 47.21 ± acre parcel into two (2) lots located in the Agricultural Zoning District of Grant County. Proposed Lot 1 will be approx. 1.36 acres in size and has an existing home. Lot #2 will be 45.50 acres in size with a shop and storage building. Lot #2 has no residential capacity.
