Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application was received by Grant County on July 17, 2012 from Lucy A. Jacques, P.O. Box 307, Quincy, WA 98848. Owner's Designated Contact: Knudsen Land Surveying, P. O. Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823 (509) 754-4376 and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of August 20, 2012. PROJECT: A clustered Short Plat of a 47.21 ± acre parcel into two (2) lots located in the Agricultural Zoning District of Grant County. Proposed Lot 1 will be approx. 1.36 acres in size and has an existing home. Lot #2 will be 45.50 acres in size with a shop and storage building. Lot #2 has no residential capacity. PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: None. STUDIES SUBMITTED: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. LOCATION: The parcel is located northeast of the intersection of Road Q NW and Martin Road NW in the North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of Section 5, Township 20 N, Range 24 East, WM, Grant County, WA.
