Riddle, Thompson winners of member-guest tournament

CRESCENT BAR - Jerry Riddle and Tom Thompson were the winners of the Crescent Bar Men's Club's annual two-man member-guest golf tournament on Aug. 4-5.

There were 28 golfers divided into two-man teams in two divisions. There were also side games of KP and long putt. Thompson and Riddle shot a two-day total net score of 165.75.

The second-place team was Jim Robinson and Chuck Day at 170. 75. Third place was a tie between the teams of Bill Sprague and Ron Harkness and Chuck Muller and Phil Richter with 171.50.

The Division II first place winner was Chase Muller and Evan Mickelson with 152.0. In second place were Dave and Sean Harris with 158.75. Jerry Hoene and Rick Leabsly took third with 164.75.

Day 1 side games: KP Hole No. 3/12 was Nate Robinson at 5-6. KP Hole 5/14 was Nate Robinson at 4-0. Long putt on Hole 9/14 was Phil Rickter at 12-0.

Day 2 side games: KP Hole 3/12 was Dave Harris at 10-8. KP Hole 5/12 was Jim Robinson at 6-0. Long Putt on Hole 9/18 was Tom Thompson at 39-4.
