ADOPT SIX-YEAR TRANSPORTATION

IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

2013-2018

FRANKLIN COUNTY

WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.81.121, the Board of County Commissioners are required to adopt a 2012-2018 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program;

AND WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Franklin County, Washington, have been given a comprehensive 2013-2018 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program for review by the County Engineer and are reviewing it; and

WHEREAS, copies of the 2013-2018 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program are available at Franklin County Public Works, 3416 Stearman Avenue, Pasco, Washington, 99301, (509) 545-3514; and

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a proper hearing will be held at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 29, 2012, in the Commissioner Meeting Room in the Courthouse, Pasco, at which time all interested parties may appear for or against.
