This is an adoption action, in which the Petitioner seeks to terminate your parental rights.
You are hereby summoned to appear or respond within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the first day of publication of this summons (12th day of July, 2012), and defend the above entitled action, and answer the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and for Adoption filed by the Petitioner David Estrada, and in case of your failure so to do, the court may enter a decree or an order, and approve or provide for other relief requested in this Summons, and your parental rights will be terminated according to the petition, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.
You must respond to this Summons by serving a copy of your written response on the person signing this Summons and by filing the original with the clerk of the court. You must serve a copy of your response upon the undersigned attorneys for Petitioner, RONALDO P. DELGADO, DELGADO LAW FIRM, P.L.L.C, at his office below stated.
If you serve a notice of appearance on the undersigned person, you are entitled to notice before an order of default or a decree may be entered.
You are further summoned to appear at the hearing set for September 14, 2012 in accordance with the Notice of Hearing on Termination which has been filed with the court.
If you wish to seek the advice of an attorney on this matter, you should do so promptly so that your written response, if any, may be served on time. One method of serving a copy of your response on the Petitioner is to send it by certified mail with return receipt requested.
This Summons is issued pursuant to R.C.W. 4.28.100 and Superior Court Civil Rule 4.1 of the State of Washington.
