Past PUD commissioner praises Allred
There have been very few Commissioners in Grant PUD's history like Randy Allred. If there were more like him on the Board our PUD wouldn't be facing many of its problems and recent embarrassing disclosures. Randy has steadfastly represented all the ratepayers of this county faithfully. He is not a "special interest Commissioner" or one to avoid unpopular issues. He has been honest and made consistently wise decisions on PUD issues. In my book he will share the company of past Commissioners like Roy Mundy, Harold Beckemeier, Dean Hagerty, Bill Judge and others. Lets hope Randy's replacement will have the same high level of integrity and good judgment that Randy has.
