NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 20, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Planned Unit Development (PUD) time extension request from Crescent Ridge Ranch/Ross Clemenshaw.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 20, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Planned Unit Development (PUD) time extension request from Crescent Ridge Ranch/Ross Clemenshaw. Pursuant to UDC 23.04.800(m) a PUD shall be effective for five (5) years from the date of approval by the Decision Maker. The applicant was granted a one year administrative extension which expires on August 22, 2012. Therefore pursuant to UDC 23.04.800 (m) the applicant is requesting from the Board of County Commissioners a 2-year time extension.
The property is located in a portion of S 18, T 20 N, Range 23, E. WM. Crescent Ridge Ranch PUD is located on the easterly side of Crescent Bar Road, located on the bench above Sunserra Resort (parcel #15-0637-008).
