ONLY USE THIS ON MOBILE. It fixes the crescent bar chronicle redirect to work with touch 5. note: this will catch pretty much anything that uses a frame redirect, such as cbc, franklin county legals, and inland nw horse expo. Touch 5 was already catching them, so this isn't worse, but I need to find a way around this. SECOND CONDITION MUST REMAIN OR IT WILL ALSO CATCH BLOX.
