Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on July 5, 2012 from Harvey R. Heer (Designated Contact: Todd Lolkus, 1322 Basin St. SW, Suite "A" Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-0135), was found to be technically complete on July 24, 2012.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on July 5, 2012 from Harvey R. Heer (Designated Contact: Todd Lolkus, 1322 Basin St. SW, Suite "A" Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-0135), was found to be technically complete on July 24, 2012. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 51.12 acres in order to create three (3) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 will be approximately 1.31 acres in size, with an existing residence and shed on the site. Lot 1 will continue to be used for residential purposes. Lot 2 will be approximately 3.91 acres in size, with a small orchard located on the site. Lot 2 has no residential capacity and will continue to be used for agricultural purposes only. Lot 3 will be approximately 43.51 acres in size with no residential capacity, and will remain agricultural uses. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 8959 Road E NW, Ephrata, WA. It is located approximately 6 miles SW of Ephrata, WA, bordering both Road E NW and Road 9 NW on the western portion of the NW quarter of Section 20, Township 20 North, Range 26 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #20-0178-000). PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
