PUD, fairgrounds articles interest reader

Two articles recently published in the Herald have caught my eye.

First, I see that Mr. Culbertson was fired and sent-a packin' from the PUD for serious misdeeds and perpetrations. And he was given a quarter million to limp on out of town. Boy, let that be a lesson to him. Who negotiates these contracts for us? I recommend we get whomever he used.

Second, did I see in your Fairgrounds septic report that the only septic tank that was completely full was at the democrat booth? Hummph.
