The purpose of this meeting is to act on a recommendation by the NCWRSN Subcommittee; to ask for permission to negotiate on behalf of the Board to hire a contractor to oversee closing of the NCWRSN office, contracts, and other transition items identified in the Scope of Work from Spokane RSN, and may include assistance in identifying the scope of work required for daily operations of the NCWRSN office prior to the October 1, 2012 closure.
