Moses Lake School District is requesting qualifications for engineering services from interested firms for various capital projects throughout the District beginning in spring 2012. Qualification information should be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 30, 2012, to the Moses Lake School District Administrative Offices, attn: Mark Johnson, 920 W. Ivy Ave., Moses Lake, WA 98837.
Interested firms with recent experience in the following disciplines are requested to submit qualifications, separately or together: Survey, Geotechnical Investigation, Construction special inspections and testing, and asbestos testing.
In order to be considered, interested firms should submit 2 copies of their qualifications statement, addressing:
- Firm background and qualifications.
- Public school references with names and phone numbers of contacts.
- Resumes of key individuals providing service, including project specific information.
- Availability to immediately commence work.
The qualifications package should not exceed (10) 8.5" x 11" pages.
Moses Lake School District will review all applicants and select a roster of firms to secure services, based on project requirements.
