NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by Calin Tebay, 7320 Sandy Ridge Road, Pasco, WA 99301 for a Conditional Use Permit, CUP 2012-06.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by Calin Tebay, 7320 Sandy Ridge Road, Pasco, WA 99301 for a Conditional Use Permit, CUP 2012-06.
Said Conditional Use Permit is to construct a 2, 088 square foot accessory building (detached garage/storage building). The exterior of the new building is proposed to match the existing home at the site. A Conditional Use Permit is required to exceed the maximum size allowed (1,680 sf) in the Residential Suburban 40,000 sq ft. Zoning District.
The subject parcel is described as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot #4, Phase II of Sanderson Heights
NON-LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The property is located east of Kohler Road, south of Scenic View Drive, along the west side of Sandy Ridge Road near site address 7320 Sandy Ridge Road. (Parcel Number 126-151-275).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said application will be considered by the Franklin County Planning Commission. Said consideration will be a public hearing on May 1, 2012 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Franklin County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 1016 N. 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301 and all concerned may appear and present any support for or objections to the application.
