NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a hearing will be held on April 25, 2012, at 9:45 a.m., in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room of the Franklin County Courthouse, Pasco, Washington, for the purpose of considering the advisability of declaring surplus and putting up for sale the following described equipment and property owned by Franklin County.
