The PORT OF MOSES LAKE has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation, 49 CFR Part 26.

The PORT OF MOSES LAKE has established an overall goal of 0.6% of the federal financial assistance it will receive for improvements to the GRANT COUNTY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.  The PORT OF MOSES LAKE estimates it will meet this entire goal through 0.6% race neutral means and 0% race conscious means.

The Program and rationale used in developing the goal are available for review at:

The program and rationale will be available for review for 30 days following the date of this publication.  The PORT OF MOSES LAKE and FAA Civil Rights Office will accept comments on the program and rationale for 45 days following the date of this publication.
