NOTICE TO FUEL SUPPLIERS

Sealed bids plainly marked "Motor Fuel Bid for, 2012 and 2013" will be received by Moses Lake School District, at the Administration Office, 920 W. Ivy Ave, Moses Lake, Washington 98837, until 1:00 P.M., April 18, 2012 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for supplying the specified materials.

Sealed bids plainly marked "Motor Fuel Bid for, 2012 and 2013"  will be received by Moses Lake School District, at the Administration Office, 920 W. Ivy Ave, Moses Lake, Washington 98837,  until 1:00 P.M.,  April 18, 2012 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for supplying the specified materials.  

Such bids must be made on the Bid Form provided by the school district. The Bid Form and bidding instructions may be obtained from the School District Administration Office.

The Moses Lake School Board of Directors, reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  The award of this proposal, if made, may be made in whole or in part as determined to be in the best interest of the school district.

The material for which bids will be received is as follows:

Motor Vehicle Fuel Purchases for 2012 and 2013 to be dispensed at bidders site using

the bidders dispensors, in the approximate quantities of:
