An ordinance amending Chapter 18.40 of the Moses Lake Municipal Coded entitled "Industrial Zones"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which allows small retail uses in the Heavy Industrial Zone.

This ordinance, which was passed on March 27, 2012 will be in force five (5) days after publication.
