EPHRATA - One of 2 suspects in a Moses Lake double shooting has been arrested in Oregon.

According to Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones, Bryan G. Brodil, 23, was arrested by U.S. Marshals in LaGrande on Sept. 23.

Jones said his office received several tips from local and regional citizens, and those leads were forwarded to the marshals and LaGrande police.

The other suspect in the case, a woman by the name of Ivy R. Ramos, was still at large as of Sunday morning, but Jones was confident she would soon be caught.

Brodil and Ramos were wanted in connection with the shooting of two men north of Moses Lake on Sept. 20. They were sought on suspicion of attempted murder, first-degree assault and first-degree robbery.

As of Friday, both victims remained hospitalized, according to Jones. One, a 17-year-old male, was in stable condition. The other, Rolando Padron Jr., 32, was in guarded condition.
