ROYAL CITY - The annual Mongolian Barbecue, which resembles a big tailgate party, was held last Friday in the two hours leading up to the Royal-Burbank football game.

According to Maria Allred of the sponsoring Royal Youth Boosters, it was a success. Seventy-three new and former members signed up, which is about normal for the event.
