JON LANE - Reader supports council candidate

I am writing to urge the voters of Moses Lake to retain Jon Lane on the city council. I got to know Jon when he served as principal of St. Rose school, beginning in 2005. Although I expect he would not be inclined to bring it up, I think it is important for other voters to know that he made significant personal sacrifices to come to the school, out of a sense of personal responsibility to help make it a better place. I have observed the same to be true of his work on the city council. We are fortunate to have a leader with his commitment to service, integrity, and strong values.
