Notice is hereby given that a Discretionary Use Application and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on 8/5/11 from Maiers Enterprises (Contact: Columbia Northwest Engineering, 249 N. Elder Street, Moses Lake, WA 98837); and were found to be technically complete on 10/13/11. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may
