LEGAL NOTICE
An election for a board seat on the Warden Conservation District will be held on February 9, 2012 at the Warden Conservation District, 1600 W 1st AVE, Warden, WA 98857. Polls will be open at 9:00 AM and close at 1:00 PM. Registered voters who reside within the Conservation District boundary are eligible to vote. Candidates must be registered voters residing in the conservation district, and may be required to own land or operate a farm. Elections procedures are available at the district office. Absentee ballots are available upon request for eligible voters, but must be requested on or before 3:00 PM on January 18, 2012. Please contact the District office at 509-349-7539 or at the District office at 170 N Broadway, Othello, WA 99344 for absentee ballots or if you have any questions. If you are interested by serving on the Board of Supervisors please call the office for more information. The candidate filing deadline is December 30, 2011 at 3:00 PM.
