Coffee House Concerts start in George Hall

GEORGE - The popular Coffee House Concerts series at the George Community Hall has been released.

The Coffee House program is a series of Saturday evening concerts by musical groups from around the Northwest. They are free to the public.

Also kicking is the First Friday Jams Series. It is for Bluegrass aficionados and open to anyone who wants to play or sing.

Dedicated to Bluegrass, that schedule will be Nov. 4, Dec. 2, Jan. 6, Feb. 3, March 3, April 6 and May 4.

The Coffee House schedule, released by Debby Kooy, follows.

• Nov. 12 - Northern Departure.
• Dec. 3 - Marlin Handbell Ringers.
• Jan. 14 - Hank Cramer.
• Feb. 11 - Custer's Grass Stand.
• March 10 - Kathy Boyd & Phoenix Rising.
• April 14 - Convergence Zone.
• May 12 - Mission Mountain Trio
• June 9 - Vachon Family Bluegrass Band.
