The City Council of the City of Royal City has set a public hearing at 7:00 pm on October 18th to be held at City Hall, 445 Camelia Street NE, Royal City, to consider the following: Public testimony and Council's consideration of further findings justifying interim Ordinance 11-04 of the City of Royal City adopting a zoning moratorium on the establishment, licensing, maintenance or continuation of any medical marijuana collective gardens.
