ORDINANCE 11-04
The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 11-04 adopting a 6-month zoning moratorium on the establishment of medical marijuana collective gardens as defined by E2SSB 5073. This Ordinance has implemented a 6-month zoning moratorium on the licensing, establishment, maintenance or continuation of any medical marijuana collective garden establishment, and has adopted the City of Royal City Council's preliminary findings in support of the moratorium imposed by the ordinance. This ordinance was passed on the 4th day of October, 2011, and shall be in full force and effect five days after the publication of this summary as provided by law.
