10 Year Lease Term

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) offers for lease at

Sealed Bid Public Auction a tract of land containing 146.43 acres,

more or less, described as parts of, Section 16, Township 20 North,

Range 26 East, W.M., Grant County containing 76 acres of irrigated

agriculture and 70.43 acres of conservation.

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) offers for lease at Sealed Bid Public Auction a tract of land containing 146.43 acres, more or less, described as parts of, Section 16, Township 20 North, Range 26 East, W.M., Grant County containing 76 acres of irrigated agriculture and 70.43 acres of conservation. Annual Rent will be $3,317.40. Lessee will be required to provide infrastructure necessary to irrigate the parcel. Lease covenants may be examined at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, DNR Southeast Region Office located at 713 Bowers Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926, or the office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, Olympia, WA.
